Have we met before?
Hi, I'm Rachel. I'm the daughter of a women with Alzheimer's. And yes. I have coffee on my pants.
Although I do everything I can to bring levity and lightness in speaking about this disease, please know that I have the utmost respect, care and empathy toward those that know the weight of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis in the family.
I specialize in communicating complex science in the most easy to understand and digestible way, and I never present any of it without the research to back it up.
I have two children and my own Alzheimer’s Prevention journey was sparked out of a deep desire to save them from what I had to experience.
I am on a mission to teach others how to do the same. I can’t guarantee you won’t get Alzheimer’s, but I can show you how to do everything you can to reduce the chance. Nothing is set in stone, but as you already know, this is worth fighting for.
